Mit Borrás graduated in Fine Arts at UCM and finished his research in Art Media at the Twente University in the Netherlands in 2006. During his studies he consistently participated in the Dutch art scene. Mit moved to Madrid, where his work fit into Madrid’s contemporary art scene. In Madrid, he directs video art festival productions and collaborates in lectures and as an independent curator. In 2010 he moved to Berlin to participate in a residency of Glogauair artists. Mit and Rachel Lamot are the founders of Fünf Galerie, an art gallery and studio. He has been the coordinator of the video art festival Proyector, manager in the area of culture for the Cervantes Institute in Berlin and he currently composes his individual exhibitions with his work as collaborator of the Neo2 magazine.
