Roberto Maqueda es un artista heterodoxo que opera en los cruces del arte experimental, la música electrónica y la cultura club. Residente en Basilea, ha expandido los límites de la percusión incorporando herramientas de ingeniería y automatización sonora, creando sistemas acústico-electrónicos que operan de forma interconectada.
Como Mitospora, explora la frontera entre el club y el noise, fusionando energía cruda, escucha profunda y pulsión física.
Es Co-Director del FOG Festival (Basilea) y ex Co-Director del EXIT Festival (Montevideo). Lideró reConvert, hoy convertido en su estudio creativo. Su obra ha sido presentada en festivales como SONICA, Indigo, Manifeste, SPOR y MaerzMusik.

Roberto Maqueda is an unorthodox artist working at the intersection of experimental art, electronic music, and club culture. Based in Basel, he has expanded the boundaries of percussion by incorporating sound engineering and automation tools, creating interconnected acoustic-electronic systems.
