GESO

GESO es el pseudónimo del artista visual Pablo Iglesias Algora (Madrid, 1977), un activa mente creativa involucrada en diferentes campos del diseño y el arte. Como diseñador gráfico y director de arte para el estudio GeeOhDee (geeohdee.com), como artista creando sus propias obras para exposiciones en galerías y festivales, y como editor y comisario (desde 1999) para su proyecto principal: Belio (beliomagazine.com), una editorial de arte y organización que lleva acabo la organización de festivales, conciertos, exposiciones, conferencias y workshops. Pablo IA actualmente vive y trabaja en Berlin, donde ha fundado The Mask Collective junto a Arnaud Iprex, aparte de desarrollar su carear como creador visual bajo el alias de Geso y hacer todo tipo de trabajos creativos como freelance.

Las instalaciones, proyecciones y performances de Geso suelen estar ligadas con las escena de música experimental, pero no siempre. GESO is the moniker for visual artist Pablo Iglesias Algora (Madrid, 1977), an active creative mind involved in several art and design fields, including as a graphic designer and art director for GeeOhDee studio (geeohdee.com), as an artist creating works for exhibitions in galleries and festivals, and as a publisher and curator (since 1999) for his main project, Belio (beliomagazine.com). Belio is an art publishing house and organization that runs exhibitions, concerts, festivals, conferences and workshops. Pablo Iglesias Algora lives and works in Berlin, where he founded The Mask Collective with Arnaud Iprex, and has developed his career as visual creator Geso by freelancing for challenging creative projects.

Geso’s visual installations, screenings and performances are generally connected with the experimental music scene and club culture.
