La obra presenta una pila de partituras con círculos impresos en el pentagrama que indican dónde hacer las perforaciones. En esta versión, la partitura se perforó con un taladro durante una acción sonora, e inmediatamente después, las dos primeras hojas de la parte superior se retiraron de la pila y se colocaron en un atril; las hojas restantes se desecharon de diversas maneras.

The work features a stack of sheet music with circles printed on the staff indicating where to make the perforations. In this version, the score was perforated with a drill during a sound action, and immediately afterward, the first two sheets from the top were removed from the stack and placed on a music stand; the remaining sheets were disposed of in various ways.
