Ebba Rohweder (Alemania) – Flautas, Electrónica en vivo Licenciada en flauta clásica y artista multidisciplinar, se especializa en música experimental y es cofundadora del Congioco Ensemble de música contemporánea. Desde 1987 da conciertos de improvisación, desde 1991 en la escena berlinesa en diferentes agrupaciones, con poetas, bailarinas y pintores. Sus trabajos se presentan en el Museo Reina Sofía Madrid, RNE Clásica, La Casa Encendida, CCCB y en festivales internacionales.

Pedro Rato (Portugal) – Theremin, Sintetizador, Piano Estudia piano clásico durante su adolescencia, periodo del que datan sus primeras improvisaciones y composiciones.Vive en Madrid desde 2005, donde estudia piano de jazz con Merran Laginestra y participa en talleres sobre improvisación impartidos por Chefa Alonso, Edwin Prévost y Richard Barrett, entre otros. Interesado en la física del sonido, desarolla sus propios instrumentos a base de controladores y módulos electrónicos.

Javier Paxariño (España) – Clarinete Bajo, Saxello Granadino de nacimiento, se trasladó pronto a Málaga, donde cursó estudios en el conservatorio Superior de Música. Se inicia en la actividad profesional con bandas de jazz y rock en los años 70 y a finales de esta década, comienza a experimentar otras sonoridades con flautas étnicas. Dirige J. Paxariño Group donde interpreta sus propias composiciones y con el que ha grabado cinco discos.

Since 1987 he has given improvised concerts on the Berlin stage (since 1991) with different groups including poets, ballerinas, and painters. His works have been on display in el Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid, RNE Clásica, La Casa Encendida, CCCB and international festivals.

Pedro Rato (Portugal)- Theremin, Synthesizer, Piano. He studied classical piano when he was younger and at this time created his first improvisations and compositions. He has lived in Madrid since 2005, where he studies jazz piano with Merran Laginestra and participates in workshops about improvisation with Chefa Alonso, Edwin Prévost, Richard Barrett, and others. He is interested in the physicality of sound, and developing his own instruments based on electric controls.

Javier Paxariño (Spain)- Bass Clarinet. Born in Granada, Paxariño quickly moved to Malaga where he studied at the Superior Conservatory of Music. He began his persona career with rock and jazz bands in the 1970s and at the end of this decade he began to experiment with other sounds of electric flutes. He is the director of the J. Paxariño Group where he interprets his own compositions and has recorded five CDs.
